What is the delivery time?
From Monday to Friday your order will be shipped the same day and the day after delivered. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are placed, are on Monday sent and Tuesday delivered. For orders abroad, the following applies: other delivery times.

Which parcel service will ship my order?
We ship all our packages with PostNL. You will always receive a Track & Trace link by email with which you can track your order.
Can I track my order?
Via the Track & Trace code in your order confirmation (by email), you can track your package! This way you can see exactly when your package will be delivered. You can also always track your order via this link track your order.
What are the shipping costs?
The Netherlands: Orders over €99 are shipped free of charge, below that the shipping costs are approximately €4.99.
Belgium: Orders over €99 are shipped free of charge, below that the shipping costs are approximately €5.99.
Other, Europe: Orders over €99 are shipped free of charge, below that the shipping costs are approximately €5.99.
Can I return items to you?
Unlike other vintage clothing stores, you can always return your items to us. This can be done within our return period of 14 days. Then choose your preference on the return page.
How can I return an item?
We help you with all the steps for a simple return.
- Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging (in which the items arrived).
- Go to our returns page and fill in your order details. Always enter a '#' before your 5-digit order number.
- Print out the return ticket and stick it on the package.
- Take the package to a drop-off point near you.
- Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your return.
*Return requirements:
- Please return the item to the original packagingg;
- Stop the item correctly (zips, buttons etc. closed and folded) in the packaging (as you received it);
- You cannot return items if they have been worn and there is no tag attached to the item.
Please note: If the return does not meet the requirements, we will be forced to refuse the return.
